We were referred to see Doctor Bruce for a torn ACL since we’ve heard such terrific things about him. We have our MRI done and everything, however when we called today, the scheduler refuses to set us an appointment with him. She hung up on us TWICE while we were in the middle of asking questions and was extremely rude! No apology or remorse when we called back letting her know she hung up on us. We were told we must see another doctor instead. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no way to treat a patient, or any human being in general. We were in no way disrespectful to her. It was awful. This one star is not for the doctor, it is for his receptionist/scheduler. If I could give her a zero star, I would. I hope those calls were recorded. We’re praying that when we come in to the office in person that it would be a better experience.

Dr. Jeremy Bruce is amazing!! He done my knee surgery last year and was awesome! My knee feels great and he’s just a great person. Always quick on visits, is so down to earth when he talks to you, always asks me about my kids and just a great doctor. Been to a lot of doctors and he is by far my favorite!

Dr. Jeremy Bruce is a awesome doctor, he is caring, attentive, kind and extremely personable. I will be having surgery on my knee at a later date, but the shots and treatments I have been receiving from Dr. Bruce have been really helping. I would highly recommend Dr. Bruce.

If i could afford a billboard, it would read: DR JEREMY BRUCE 5 STAR ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON!!! Total knee not even 3 weeks out, already walking with limited assistance and ready to have my other knee done.

Dr. Bruce is fantastic, I had surgery by him personally in 2017 after a head on crash. He performed an ACL replacement and OATES procedure. I was able to get back to working out in no time. Our medical practice refers patients to him frequently as well. We are blessed to have him here in Chattanooga

Dr Bruce took time to really listen and talk and explain. I felt he really cared, was super knowledgeable and remembered me from one visit to the next.

Dr Bruce is amazing! He has made sure i understand what I’m going through with my knees, discussing available treatment options, & adamant in helping me find relief. Trust is a strong word.... but I trust his advice & whatever he suggests me to do- that’s what I’m doing. He makes me feel like I am part of the team as well. He takes his time, makes me feel valued as a patient, & is a phenomenal Dr who honestly cares. I would recommend him to anyone **i do recommend him to everyone I work with**

Dr. Bruce removed a broken patella which had slid over to the side of my left leg. He promised I would be up and walking the next day...and he was absolutely correct! My hips no longer hurt because I can full pressure on my left leg now. I feel better than I have in 2-1/2 years. Highly recommend Dr. Bruce.

I was injured in a motorcycle accident on Sept 19 2019...torn ACL and MCL to require surgery.Per discharge instructions from Erlanger ER, i called Jeremy Bruce MD, part of Erlanger Orthopedic Group. I called 4 times on successive days and was transferred to the docs Voicemail, i left 3 voicemails detailing my issues. 10 days later i get a call from someone at his office asking me who i am and why did i need to be seen. I advised the nurse i had called multiple times and left multiple voicemails...she denied that i had done that. To which i replied how did they know to call my number if i hadn't called and left my number. She was defensive. By this time i had already found another Ortho Group in Dalton to take my case. 10 days for a doctor to call back an injured patient in need of surgery is unprofessional and leaves the patient in limbo and constant pain. I did make a negative comment on Erlanger Hospital FB page and the comment was immediately deleted by Erlanger.Don't use Jeremy Bruce MD or Erlanger Orthopedic Group in my opinion. I can only give 1 star. Sorry guys, you need to be more professional.
