Jerry Smith's Online Review Report Card

Dr Smith’s office called my husband to inform him he had a urine test that came back positive for morphine and methadone. He hasn’t taken morphine or methadone in years. When he disputed the results they said there was nothing that can be done. Be careful with this office don’t let your sample out of your sight tell it’s properly bagged to be sent to the lab. Dr Smith’s office didn’t even offer to redo the test. Don’t know if this has anything to do with the new DEA rules but it’s wrong!!!

Dr Smith is a very caring and engaging doctor. Siskin's is a top notch rehab facility. They have taken care of my mom and two dear friends. Probably one of the best in the region. Definably vtje best in Chattanooga!

Dr Smith is a very strict Doctor when it comes to maintaining a healthy somewhat pain-free life.I still hold a job and living the best that I can.thanks to him and his experience.really though a good man and a great Doctor I'm glad to have a physician who actually cares about my relief of my pain and spends the time to help me understand what's going on with my body.

Best place for all therapies (ie speech, psychology/counselling, etc) but mostly physical therapy. Best place. Love it.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for about 7 months now. I find Dr. Smith to be a reasonable and friendly pain management physician. He has been open to dialogue when it comes to medications and has done an excellent job of explaining the risks vs benefits in treatments.

I have not had a good experience with Dr. Smith he does not seem to care about the patients well being, he doesn't allow diagnostic test as needed. I would not recommend Dr. Smith but I would recommend Dr. Musick another physician in the group, I got to see Dr. Musick for one visit because Dr. Smith was out of town and Dr. Musick ordered the diagnostic test I needed and proved there was a real problem with my spine, Thank the lord for Dr. Musick!

This is my doctor but I hope not for much longer he is at the siskin office at 1 siskin plaza Chattanooga, he has been my doctor for a few years, I was sent to him by a workers comp insurance company, I regret ever having agreed to see him because I have never in all the years he has been my doctor felt that he truly cared about my well being, I would go in for my visit he would check the reflex in my legs, I would tell him if I was having problems he would say maybe it was just a hump in the road and it would get better. I felt he did not do any of the diagnostic test needed and that should have been done because another physician did do the test needed and it turns out a lot of bad stuff going on in my spine. Thank goodness Dr. Smith was on vacation the day I had to go in, other wise I would not have gotten the test I needed. I would not advise anyone to see Dr. Smith if you are a workmans comp patient, I don't know how he would do if you have regular insurance, might be good?
