The staff is very unprofessional rude and the whole office is a joke. I wouldn't recommend any of the doctors to anyone. They don't know what their doing and its not safe to take your child to.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The doctors are okay they just need to hire people who are willing to work and are not rude to patients. The lady in the reception seemed irritated as I was rushing and was almost late by 5min but no one was in the waiting room. Every time I'm on time but she treated me like She didn't want me there. I will be changing doctors soon as the environment is not welcoming.

Dr bremer is an amazing dr I love him and I will continue to bring my children and grandchildren to see him however is nursing staff is on a sub par level they are rude they are inconsiderate they fail on every level to fax papers they speak down to you. My son wouldn't see the doctor because of the nursing staff if Dr Bremer could improve his nursing staff I can't see anyone in Chattanooga not wanting to see doctor Bremer because he he is an awesome Doctor Who is intelligent and compassionate.

The staff are unprofessional and the wait to see him is always ridiculous. I called the office after hours when my son was running a high fever and my call was NEVER returned by Dr. Bremer nor did he call the next day to check on my son. At my first visit with him, Dr. Bremer became annoyed that I asked his to wash his hands prior to handling my newborn. The facility is unsanitary as well.
