Been going to Dr. Duplooy for many many years. Dr. Duplooy is a great listener with a great bedside manner. I totally trust his advice. Erica is a great nurse and returns my phone calls in a timely manner which is so important!

My mom has been a patient of Dr DuPlooy for years. Every time you call the office you wait for hours for a nurse to return your call. Then when they don’t return your call and you ask for an appointment, the scheduler says, “ We can’t see sick patients!” Why bother?!! In other words, just come when you are well!” Do not even think about taking anyone to this crazy office!!! Why bother having a doctor???? I can say I have the best doctor in the world and this is the absolute worst!!

I have been seeing Dr Duplooy for several years & am very pleased to have him as my Dr. He has always took his time with me & takes an interest in my health & concerns . His staff & nurse Erica. Is wonderful also I would highly recommend him to anyone !

Is it standard practice that all doctor's office will not see sick patients. So medical practice has changed not for the good You get sent to ER which you spend 6 hours and may get a script that a PCP should have filled. Then basically are told better off at home not safe enough to be admitted to hospital. My pcp and er failed to provide proper care for me.

Dr. DuPlooy thoroughly examines his patient, asks thoughtful questions, and deliberates when making decisions. He is very compassionate, well mannered, and insightful with his findings. In the 14 years that he has been our family's primary care physician, he has never wavered in his kind considerations and recommendations. Dr. DuPlooy is truly the best attending physician we have ever had. He represents the best of his medical profession.

I am very picky about the doctor's I see. If they don't listen to me, make eye contact, & treat me as a person & not just another number, I will not continue to see them. For Dr Duplooy, he meets the highest criteria that I have. He is a wonderful listener, caring & compassionate, & wants the very best for his patients. He is calm & takes his time. He makes sure you understand everything before you leave his office. Wonderful Doctor!!!

I have had Dr DuPlooy since he started. I absolutely love his staff and him. I lost my insurance a few years ago and during my no insurance time he always asked about me to other family members. He takes the time to listen and answer your questions. He speaks in words you can understand not always all that medical mumble jumble. I rate him the highest he can receive.

I (and my fx) have seen Dr. DuPlooy for over 25 years and I have a graduate degree in nursing as well as 20+ years experience in ICU. Dr. DuPlooy is a great listener and always exercises mutual respect, dignity, trust with each of us. In addition, he does have a dry sense of humour which I find funny but never inappropriate. I could write several antedotes explaining how good a doctor he is but let it suffice to say that I wouldn't have seen him for this long or sent my fx to him if he wasn't an excellent doctor. Believe me, I know doctors after working with them in ICU for 25+ years! I saw several GP's and internists when I first arrived in Chattanooga looking for a family doctor but my search was over once another satisfied patient recommended him to me. BTW, the nurses Erika and Natalie who work with Dr. D are great and they always follow up with any phone call in a timely manner and wise advice.

As a registered nurse with 20 years experience in adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care from all over the country, I feel I have pretty good knowledge of health care. I have been a patient of Dr. Duplooy's for 25 years. He is a good diagnostican and an excellent listener. You rarely have a long wait for his visits but he often apologizes if you had to wait. Erica, the office nurse assigned to Dr. Duplooy is really nice and follows up assiduously with the patients.
