I have been going to see Dr. Gwin for the last 20 years ever since I had melanoma. I trust this man with my life. Concerning skin cancer, he is proactive about questionable spots but does not remove moles/spots haphazardly and considers multiple options. Highly recommend!

My husband had a Whipple Resection performed by Dr Gwin in ? May 2005 ? It was several hrs surgery @CHI hospital where he & staff kept us (,about 25 family & friends) well informed during procedure. He is a very dedicated ♡ compassionate ♡ wonderful dr with great bedside manners. Our older son who does not like drs told Dr Gwin " he WAS NOT A RENT A DR." after surgery. A great compliment!!!!!!!! I wish I had posted this testimony sooner. To date whenever he saw my husband or me at CHI hospital he would always stop to say hi. Absolutely the best Surgeon ever. ❤

I was diagnosed with lung and pancreatic cancer two years ago. I had a whipple done by Dr. Gwin and I'm doing great. He is an amazing surgeon and I wouldn't have anyone else,

Dr.Gwin is spectacular as a surgeon and a person .I went into the hospital June--July 2018 with severe pains in my abdomen.Turned out my gall bladder was terribly bad and I was about to turn septic.Dr.Gwin removed my gall bladder and I feel saved my life.He came by my hospital room several times to check on me and make sure I was doing ok and comfortable.I will always be thankful to Dr.Gwin and I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for people like Dr.Gwin...

Great Dr. He helped me with a infection and even though he had to remove the toe he did everything humanly possible to save it . I would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Gwin not only did a wonderful job for my wife, but I considered myself very lucky that he accepts VA patients. He performed a procedure on me and did an equally wonderful job as he did with my wife. Highly recommend him. p.s. His staff very responsive when I did feel the need to call about post-surgery concerns.

Dr. Gwin removed my gall bladder last fall. Pre, surgical and post op care were all excellent. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner so I would know! He told me I would feel much better and he was absolutely correct. I did not need to take 1 pain pill either. Excellent care.

I have been to several surgeons in this area for removal of cancerous areas on my legs. Dr. Gwinn did a great job of. On them. He also tried a new treatment that helped decrease other camera on my legs. His technique For sewing up the excisions is excellent. I healed very well.
