Berating at me because of the referral he got from my OBGYN seemed incomplete to him doesn't really help the situation. His bedside manner is disgusting and hopefully I won't have to see him again and would rather just have the anemia.
Been seeing Dr Mccravey for 12yrs now for my condition and he's alway been on top of things.
Thanks to the consummate skill and knowledge of Dr McCravey, I am a 16 year survivor of double lung cancer (two different types, one in each lung) that he categorized as "at least stage 3b, if not stage 4" at the time of diagnosis. If you want a doctor who will tell you soothing things and make you feel comfortable, McCravey is not your man. If, however, you want someone to run it down for you, tell you exactly where you stand and, then, work like hell for your survival, there is no one better. I recommend him highly
DR, McCravey is a very good doctor. He seems to have a lot of interest in his patients ,He has helped me by being straight forward with me.He has been very concerned in keeping me active and able to do my job as Basketball c oach
My brother was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon cancer in Nov of 2016. We knew it was terminal and we expected that everything possible would be done for him. Instead at the end, when the cancer had spread throughout his body, to the point that it was causing fluid to build up around his heart, Dr. McCravey just sent my brother home with cough medicine even though he was so weak at that point that he could not even walk up to his office. No scans, no hospice. Nothing. My brother suffered. He was so starved for oxygen that he had to sit with a fan blowing on his face at the end. If you go through Erlanger for cancer treatment and get Dr. McCravey.... demand another doctor. One that will actually take the time with you.
My brother was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer and we knew that was terminal but I don't feel that Dr. McCravey did everything he could to treat my brother. My brother went months without any treatment at all while Dr. McCravey tried to "figure it out" meanwhile the cancer was rapidly spreading.. At his last appointment with Dr. McCravey, my brother was so weak, that he couldn't even walk to the appointment, but had to be wheeled up in a wheel chair. Dr did nothing!! No hospice, just sent him home with cough meds. He spent the last two weeks of his life sitting up on a love seat, unable to even lay down with a fan blowing in his face because he was starving for oxygen. Demand someone else!
He is taking very good care of me and is very willing to explain things
Just doesn't care about people
Dr McCravey is a scientist who's at the cutting edge of his field. He's also caring and compassionate. He literally saved my life.
Dr. McCravey is a good Physician, but he is not very personable, Maybe because oncologist lose a lot of patients. He has a way of not really answering questions if they are not on his agenda for your visit. He is very knowledgeable, but you have to be assertive to get answers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
