Dr. Smith and her staff are wonderful. She found a medical condition other than Neurology related that saved my wife's life. She is an excellent physician.

Dr. Smith and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Kindness and caring is the best way to describe the treatment you get here. Neurological problems can be very tricky so I try to make notes about the problems I’m having so I can get all my questions answered, it helps me and Dr Smith! She kindly answers each one so she and her staff can get ME going on with the rest of my day and life. I truly appreciate them!

We LOVE her!! My niece use to see her when she was in Dalton. We miss her so much, that we are following her to Chattanooga. The 45 minute drive is so worth it!!

I SEEN THIS WOMAN SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I WAS UNAWARE AT THE TIME THAT I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW FOR HER. MAYBE THIS WOULD HAVE HELPED OTHERS NOT WASTE THEIR TIME. SHE IS A VERY COLD PERSON. SHE HAS TO HAVE HER LAPTOP TO ASK YOU QUESTIONS AND TELL HER WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU AND CANNOT LOOK AT YOU IN THE EYE. MAYBE BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THAT SHE HAS NO CLUE AS TO WHAT SHE IS DOING. I WENT TO SEE HER FOR SEIZURES AND MIGRAINES. I WAS IN MY 40'S AND HAD NEVER HAD SEIZURES BEFORE AND WANTED SOME KIND OF EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY WERE ALL OF A SUDDEN HAPPENING TO ME. NO FAMILY HISTORY OF THEM, VERY BIZARRE. ON ONE OCCASION I HAD WENT TO THE HOSPITAL DUE TO A SEIZURE EPISODE AND ENDED UP WITH A MIGRAINE. THE ER INSISTED THEY DO A SPINAL TAP. I AGREED, LIKE A DUMMY, AFTER ALL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING RIGHT? LONG STORY SHORT, AFTER THE SPINAL TAP, I WAS LEAKING SPINAL FLUID AND THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I TRIED TO SET UP, I FELT LIKE MY HEAD WOULD EXPLODE. I CALLED DR. SMITH FOR AN APPT AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TREATED AS IF I WAS SOME TYPE OF NARCOTIC DEPENDENT PERSON AND WAS TREATED HORRIBLY BY HER! NEVER EVEN MENTIONED WANTING NARCOTIC, SHE JUST ASSUMED! SHE WOULDN'T EVEN PRESCRIBE A TYLENOL TO TAKE. I WAS CRYING FROM THE PAIN AND SHE TOLD ME TO QUIT IT! LIKE I COULD REALLY CONTROL IT! SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO AND LEFT. I THEN WENT TO ANOTHER ER TO HAVE A BLOOD PATCH AND WAS GIVEN THE CORRECT MEDICATIONS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW HOW SHE STILLS PRACTICES MEDICINE, OTHER THAN THERE ARE ALWAYS NEW VICTIMS THAT DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER AND I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO SEEKS THIS WOMAN OUT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T DO IT! OH AND BY THE WAY, I AM SEIZURE FREE, THEY WERE CAUSED BY A MEDICATION INTERACTION AND NO MORE MIGRAINES. I FOUND THIS OUT WHEN I WENT TO DOCTOR, NO JUST A WOMAN PRETENDING TO BE ONE.

Kimberly Smith is a fantastic doctor. She’s been kind, thorough, and has been fantastic about suggesting natural remedies instead of just writing prescriptions. She takes the time to talk with me and to listen to the problems I’m having. She’s fought hard to get testing that my insurance has denied. I can’t recommend her enough.

No bedside manners at all! She was only concerned about the time and how fast she could get out of the room. Suggested a MRI and CT Scan and said she would up his medicine (that he is currently getting from his PCP). Did not offer any additional information on seizures, what could causes them, what might be causing them, other treatments options NOTHING! Waited over 8 months to see her and it was a complete waste of time. If you cannot have more compassion than that for your patients then you should not be a DR!

Was seen by Dr Smith at Hamilton medical center a few years ago. I did not know that I could review her on this site or I graciously would have. Dr Smith immediately came across as too busy to listen to me or my wife. We felt she was all business and not concerned about my condition or our concerns. She rushed in my hospital room and rushed out. At her office it was the same way. She would do an exam leave the room and return. When I tried to again address my concerns or explain my symptoms I was cut off or she looked like her mind was else where. Often it was her computer screen between us and I felt very much a bother. On my last visit she was referring me to another dr for further testing. I was never called regarding my appt. However I was charged by her office for a no-show that I was not called about or told about when leaving my previous visit. Later a neurologist that I began seeing sent for my records. Dr Smith stated I had no hearing loss.. I have been deaf in my left ear for approximately 6yrs. She stated I had sleep apnea and snore ... have not been tested for this but me and my wife told her neither is true. I think my wife would know after 8 yrs. She said I suffered from extensive migraines. I am not sure where this information came from either. This is part of my medical records. Which is very infuriating to me! I have another neurologist now. Someone who has diagnosed me and is treating me for a disease that left untreated would have left me in a horrible condition.

Very Rude Person. No Bedside manner at all. Has to have a computer to diagnose your condition. Cannot look you in the eyes when she talks. She sits behind her desk and talks to you from behind a computer screen. She acts like your contagious if she has to touch you
