Probably the absolute rudest doctor I have ever been to. I will never be back.

Dr. Habenicht is a masterful physician " par excellence". She is compassionate and professional yet she takes time and listens attentively to her patients . She helped get me back to good health and I am eternally grateful. I recommend her highly! Mary Ann Sanders

Outstanding!

Wait times are ridiculous 8:30 am appointment not seen til 10:30-11:00am. Has happened several times. Also staff is rude on the phone. If your in hospital and told yo make appointment on 2 weeks they will say don't have any but in 2 months we can. The doctor is the one that requested 2, weeks. Office staff is just horrible. I have changed kidney doctors because of how I have been treated. I've work for a couple of doctor offices and this office manager is letting personal to get by with disrespecting patients this way.

I was very dissatisfied. I left a message today at eleven and never received a call. Dr. Haberneight obviously didn’t read my labs or my comments on my condition. She prescribed a drug that’s not good for people with kidney disease. She had my labs from my primary that said that my kidney function was 28% besides the fact I waited over 1 1/2 hours.

My husband is a patient of Dr. House never have we been called back on time and it's usually at least an hour wait in the lobby. We come once a month and this is absolutely unacceptable 😡 finding a new urologist!

She was very informative and caring. I think she knows what she is doing.

Had kidney stones had surgery had them removed on a friday. Went back on monday and express that I didnot feel comfortable to go to work on pain medication and if I could take a few more days off. The reply to me was people live with kidney stones and stints for years you can go back to work. Well everybody is diffent when it come to pain. Coming from a nurse working in healthcare you have to be mindful and considerate towards that.

I saw her in hospital as an in-patient, she spent 5 minutes w/ me and disappeared. She didn't inform the nurses of my CT scan, so I had to remain hospitalized for an additional day. Her office scheduled me for imaging at a facility that my insurance didn't cover. (I was only supposed to have a catheter for 10 days. They scheduled me so far out for imaging, I had the catheter for almost 3 weeks.) When I called to get the order transferred, she wasn't in the office, so I had to wait even longer to get the imaging done. I was assured by Dr. Habenicht & her staff that the catheter would be removed by the staff who conducted the imaging. Well, I had the imaging completed this morning, and I still have the catheter. I called her office to make an appointment to have it removed, and they just informed me she is out-of-network for my insurance also, so they can't remove the catheter unless I want to self-pay for an office visit. I am beyond frustrated with the level of care this doctor provides.
