I have been going to Dr. Jurgens for twentyfour years. She always treats you with dignity explains things and makes sure you understand. She answers questions and never makes you feel rushed. I wouldnt go to anyone else.

I have been going to Dr Jurgens for 17 years All I can say is that she is amazing....I feel like she is a part of my family. My mom started going to her about 5 years ago and she is extremely picky....but Dr JirJurg won her over and now my mom loves her too She takes the time to listen to her patients and never makes you feel rushed. Simply wonderful

Dr Jurgens has little to no compassion for her patients. My grandmother WAS one of her patients and she fell at 86 yrs old and fractured her left AND right arms. My grandmother called HER doctor dr. Jurgens and explained what happened to her nurse. About an hour and a half later the nurse called back and said Dr Jurgens would not write her a referral for inpatient physical therapy for AN 86 YR OLD WITH 2 BROKEN ARMS Do you want this type of Dr working on your loved ones🤕

I have been seeing Dr. Jurgens for a long time and I really love and respect her. I know I can trust whatever she tells me and I really like that she listens when I speak to her. If she disagrees with anything I say she helps me understand why. I expect she will be my doctor until either she retires or I die.

I think the world of Dr. Jurgens She has always been there for me and my family. If you are looking for a doctor that will give you the best medical care....make an appointment. You want be disappointed.

Dr. Jurgens is one of the if not the best doctors in Chattanooga TN. Shes a very professional and a VERY caring person with a GREAT bedside manner A person should be so lucky to have Dr. Jurgens as their PCP.

Ive found Dr. Jurgens to be an excellent physician who actually takes the time to listen to her patients and demonstrates true concerned for them. She is extremely thorough and and will work with you until your issues is resolved. Ive had lots of health problems and she has been an enormous help to me. I dont hesitate to recommend her to you.

I have always been seen within 24 hours anytime I call with an issue. On my most recent visit she was so concerned that she called twice the following week to check on me Office staff is awesome. Very friendly Dr Jurgens is an absolute jewel. She is very through very caring
