White coat syndrome, BP rising................not with Dr Wiisanen, down to earth, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable! I am very blessed to have a doctor that listens, makes me feel at ease, and goes above and beyond to help solve my health issues! HIGHLY recommend!
Dr. Wiisanen is the BOMB! My husband had a heart valve replacement last year and the care was phenomenal. We will continue to work with Dr. Wiisanen. He is a very kind a caring doctor who knows his stuff!
I he listens really well... good doctor
Not a bad doctor at all. Just can never get an appt. needed to see him bc my aneurysm was growing faster than planned and never could find him for months. Ended up going into emergency open heart surgery and he was unavailable still. Get out of hospital and supposed to go see him and he is unavailable till Dec. I almost died from the neglect. I kept going to ER for CTs bc my body told me something was wrong. If I didn’t do it myself, I wouldn’t be here right now. He is a very nice doctor just don’t put your life in his and his staffs hands.
Cares about his patients. Listens intently and I like that he makes my mama feel important and comfortable enough to talk to him about any issues that she is concerned with. Thank you Dr. Wiisanen
He was professional but down to earth and really cared about my outcome. He went above and beyond.
I would not recommend this dr. He with held my diagnosis from me. He flat out refused to prescribe me cardiac rehab after my open heart surgery (that he scared me into having); which was a violation of the standard of care and a failure to provide informed consent. He did nothing while my ejection fraction fell over 30%, and acted as if nothing was going wrong. His solution was to load me up on meds that were ineffective and wait. When a healthy individual starts slipping into heart failure, waiting is not the appropriate action. He is the worst cardiologist in the area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
