Pill pushing doctor(Ali)just throws meds at you without listening to what you have to say, turns everything issue stated into a generalization
They did not help my daughter...after everything I was telling them that going on. RIH 😢
Don’t bother. Find a doctor who truly cares. This isn’t the place.
The lady Casey that works at the front desk is very rude told me I couldn't even drink my water in the lobby and I'm very pregnant also was just very rude in the way she spoke with the clients she just had a very bad attitude I do understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but to tell people they can't have a drink with them or that I have to wear my mask when I have a note from my doctor stating I don't have to wear it do u my breathing issues but I wear it anyway I just don't cover my nose cause when I do I can not breathe but the lady at the front desk didn't care just completely rude
Scheduled us months out for follow up appt and refusing to refill meds. Until appointment. Tried calling and leaving messages with the nurse and still nothing!! We will not be back. Staff is very rude on the phone.
The people behind the desk were kind enough. The doctor I saw talked over me during my entire intake appointment and didn’t ask me hardly any questions. I barely spoke. He kept making generalized statements about what he assumed I was experiencing and was often wrong but didn’t even give me a chance to actually SAY what I was experiencing. It was a really bizarre encounter with a doctor. He prescribed me pills will out really telling me why.
Dr. Spalding really has made my life better however there is a horrible schedualing issue with this place. Ive sat multile times for hours and hours after my appointment time for seemingly no reason or they dont have enough Drs.Besides that getting an appointment is almost impossible. Ive found myself waiting for months just to get an appointmnet after i was dropped because the Dr. Couldnt see me which is ridicul
Receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. She acts as if she doesn't have time for you. If you are needing to talk to someone...well I guess you are out of luck.
My daughter uses the cleveland office! They are amazing and so helpful. Her counselor could talk more instead of taking so many notes word for word but other then that its amazing and has helped all of us so much!
The therapist was so indifferent to the ways in which I am marginalized and made no effort to learn anything. She also had no idea what DBT was and was going to "figure it out" with me rather than refer me to someone who knew what they were doing. It became too exhausting to go to therapy, because I had to spend over half the session educating her. I also got the really strong vibe that she cared less about me as a client because I was on Medicaid. In the end I just gave up on going to sessions because it was taking way more out of me than I got.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
