He just doesnt take time to talk with me at all. He leaves the exam room doors open and I can hear everything he saysabout the other patients. I had to finally change doctors. He bills for things he does not do. This is illegal

The office was fairly dirty and Dr. Malik's bedside manner is blunt, but the real issue I had was trying to pay my bill. I called to pay over the phone multiple times (no online option), asking for the office to call me. They never did respond, and sent the bill to collections for good measure.

Dr. Nabil Malek was the most rude doctor I have ever met in my life. His receptionist is even more rude and has no clue what she is doing. My mother called and said she needed an apointment a.s.a.p after coming out of the hospital. The receptionist told her shed give her a call back with an appointment but never did. So I called back 2 days later furious and finally I was able to get her in. However when I got her in...the visit with the doctor was unacceptably RUDE. He did not give us the chance to speak without constantly cutting us off he didnt show any care whatsoever to us as his patients he spoke to us like we were stupid or something...when we let him know we were disappointed with his receptionist he pretty much said you can find another doctor ...his entire attitude and demeanor was unprofessional and unacceptable as a physician. If all doctors are like this I would rather suffer until I die.

I saw "Dr" M about 10 yrs ago. had to bring my 2 yr/old with me that day, was made to wait for 2 hrs for a visit that should have taken 15 min. My child started to get hungry and cry.When Malek came in, he was aggravated, TOOK my child from my arms, handed him to his nurse. When I protested, he told me to sit down so he could get the appt over with. NO apologies, alternate appt offered, nothing! He also told me( T1DM to do the Keto, that would have shut my kidneys down!! DO NOT waste your money!

He is very unlikelikly to read medical records. Caused a me to have a stroke no giving me proper meds. I will never return to him nor will I ever recommend him ever!

My brother has been seeing Dr. Malek since a debilitating incident. My brother is on disability and has trouble communicating. During the couple of years as my brother's doctor, Dr. Malek has missed appointments without notifying him at least twice, been incredibly rude and dismissive, and recently exposed a personal issue my brother had in front of other patients rather loudly. We are considering filing a grievance with the state medical board. Kudos if you've received good care but don't expect it if your family member is on Medicaid.
