I have never experienced the level of care demonstrated by Dr. Braggs when I was referred to her for autoimmune issues. She does not rush appointments, and is incredibly thorough. She helped me immensely, as I am now in total remission of my arthritis and other inflammatory issues. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been seeing Dr. Braggs since 2018. I have had an excellent experience with her controlling my disease. She is a good listener and gives through feedback. The office responds promptly to my messages and routine concerns. Information is always shared with my other doctors.

Don’t see Dr. Braggs unless you want to keep hearing over and over “I’ll do blood work but I’m not going to give you any medication. Just keep taking vitamins” or “that has nothing to do on my end. “ or my favorite “you’re just getting older. You’re going to have to learn to deal with it.” 100% waste of time.

Spent two weeks in the hospital with a weird autoimmune flare and when I got out we tried to find a rheumatologist that could get me in as soon as possible and also wanted a second opinion with this diagnosis. Well Dr.Natalie Bragg's office decided they were too good to give me a second opinion and rudely canceled my appointment.

Dr. Braggs is by far THE best doctor I have ever encountered. She is patient, kind, efficient, and thorough. Her staff is well organized and always helpful. Now that we are moving, she even went out of her way to refer me to a new rheumatologist in our new location. I will MISS HER!

Despite the great reviews, I was very unsatisfied with Dr Braggs. The appointment was rushed. She wouldn't even look at the list of symptoms that I had typed up so that I would not forget anything with this awful brain fog I have. She did do a through exam & diagnosed me with fibromyalgia but never explained what it was. She actually told me to google it & research it on reputable sites. All she did was tell me a couple of meds that might help & that my PCP could treat it. Very disappointing that after waiting 6 months, all I got was to google it.

She is absolutely the best. Listens intently and explains in terms I could understand. Gives her due diligence and does the tests needed to determine what is ailing me. Staff is amazing. I got there early and when my appointment time came up there was no wait. Very punctual. I wasn't even through filling out my paperwork before being called back. Absolutely amazing. Would recomend her to anyone that needs her service.
