I gave one star but this office doesn’t even deserve that. The NP there is incompetent and Dr. Bragg has the personality of a rock! Save your time and money.

My hematologist made a referral to Dr Braggs on FEB 28, 2022. It is now July 26, 2022 and still NO appointment. I have left messages and only heard that the scheduler had been off work for 6 weeks and was trying to catch up! I have had to go to the ER (first time ever)because of symptoms probably autoimmune related. No one has the courtesy or care enough to call me and tell me to look elsewhere for a rheumatologist. If you actually need care, I definitely would not recommend this place. The office manager or practice supervisor needs to hire new staff who will simply perform their duty.

I have never experienced the level of care demonstrated by Dr. Braggs when I was referred to her for autoimmune issues. She does not rush appointments, and is incredibly thorough. She helped me immensely, as I am now in total remission of my arthritis and other inflammatory issues. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Don’t see Dr. Braggs unless you want to keep hearing over and over “I’ll do blood work but I’m not going to give you any medication. Just keep taking vitamins” or “that has nothing to do on my end. “ or my favorite “you’re just getting older. You’re going to have to learn to deal with it.” 100% waste of time.

I have been seeing Dr. Braggs since 2018. I have had an excellent experience with her controlling my disease. She is a good listener and gives through feedback. The office responds promptly to my messages and routine concerns. Information is always shared with my other doctors.

Spent two weeks in the hospital with a weird autoimmune flare and when I got out we tried to find a rheumatologist that could get me in as soon as possible and also wanted a second opinion with this diagnosis. Well Dr.Natalie Bragg's office decided they were too good to give me a second opinion and rudely canceled my appointment.

Dr. Braggs is by far THE best doctor I have ever encountered. She is patient, kind, efficient, and thorough. Her staff is well organized and always helpful. Now that we are moving, she even went out of her way to refer me to a new rheumatologist in our new location. I will MISS HER!
