I had an appointment to see Dr. Chamberlain on Tues. Sept 22nd. I tested positive for covid 19 about two months ago and have been symptom free for weeks. I have had several Dr appointments during this covid pandemic with no problems. I show up for my appointment and I am told i cannot see the Dr. because i dont have a letter from the health dept stating that I am now symptom free. OK i wish they had told me this ahead of time but i will reschedule. I show up for my next appointment on Thurs. Sept. 24th and I am told thank you for bringing in the letter but you still cannot see the Dr. because you need a neg. covid test if you will just drive around the side of the building it will only take a min. I drive around the side of the building and wait no one there so i call. Hello yes the nurse will be right out. The office covid nurse comes out and says i am sorry about the mix up but you do NOT need a followup covid test. OK I drive back around and go back into the office and I am meet by the office manager who says of course you need a negative covid test who said that you didnt YOUR COVID NURSE. Never got into the office.

Friendly receptionist nurses and lab personnel. Dr. Chamberlain is the best and Josh his assistant is a great guy also. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a kidney specialist.

A sudden and acute problem was treated aggressively correctly with compassion and with full detailed explaination of what why and how treatement was being done. There arent enough good things to say about Dr. Chamberlain and the entire staff. They are first rate in every respect. They communicate effectively run on time and follow up. We are relocating and will greatly miss interacting with Dr Chamberlain.

Dr. Nathan Chamberlain is probably my favorite doctor in Chattanooga. He knows his stuff and he cares. He communicates well. All of my family has complete trust in him.

I see Dr. Chamberlain at the dialysis clinic once a month when dr. Chamberlain make his rounds at the clinic. He always shakes the patients hands. He is the best very polite and caring too. I would recommend Dr. Chamberlain to anyone.
