I'm really impressed with Dr. Hartgrove and the other staff. I've had some really bad experiences with doctors the last couple of years and I finally got fed up and decided to overhaul my medical team. Urologist walks out of the room while I'm in mid-sentence about horrible symptoms- Gone! Psych NP always missing or being really late for telehealth appts- Gone! Prior GP agreeing to life changing treatment then changing his mind 6 months later and telling staff he never agreed- Gone!I did a lot of research and this office has great reviews. Dr. Hartgrove has prayed for me after each visit and really remembers you and your issues. No more visits with doctors that have my file in front of them but don't know what meds I'm on or what health issue I have (2 years into treatment!) The only thing that could improve is the wait time. It's been 45+ minutes my 3 office visits. I've had doctors that kept me waiting multiple hours every visit (with patients literally falling asleep waiting), so I don't complain about the 45 minutes.

Dr. Hartgrove and his staff are awesome. He is an excellent practitioner he gives you an honest opinion and is extremely knowledgeable. He will spend as much time as you need so you never feel rushed. I am thankful we found him as an internist when we moved three years ago highly recommend his practice and cant say enough great things.

Dr. Hartgrove and his staff go way beyond your typical medical office. The office staff is friendly, caring and places your information at a high priotity.The medical professionals in his office are all very well educated on today's research and health development. Dr. Hartgrove provides his patients with the upmost professional attention. The citizens in this area are very fortunate to have this group of folks!

Dr Hartgrove and everyone at this Doctor's office is committed to each patients care 100%. They aren't your typical doctors office, that treat you as a person and not just a number. They remember your family and anything that is important to you, they help make sure you succeed in life. Best Doctor's office, I have ever been to!
