Dr. Benton and his staff need a lot of work to become more professional and actually care about their patients. The office staff is rude, terse and it is impossible to get through to a human being when calling. You basically have to drive over there and insist on talking to someone, which is unacceptable. Phone calls and prescription requests go unreturned and wait times to be seen can take hours when you have a scheduled appointment. Don't overbook. Our time is just as valuable as a doctor's.

I like the doctor but have been waiting for some communication about a prescription mistake that has made it impossible to get my medicine. His nurse told me that she would call me about my request for a new prescription and days have passed with no call. The medicine is not about life and death but is about quality of life. Why is he so unapproachable?

I just left Dr. Oliver Bentons office who was suppose to remove my sister's stent for a kidney stone that has been in her for 3 weeks. The nurses were rude and had zero compassion. I have never in my life witnessed such incompetence.

Very slow to respond. Very difficult to reach. Staff very curt, terse, and short with patients. Took over one month to get lab results. Very difficult to get through to a human on the phone. I would never recommend Plaza Urology.
