Dr. Benton and his staff need a lot of work to become more professional and actually care about their patients. The office staff is rude terse and it is impossible to get through to a human being when calling. You basically have to drive over there and insist on talking to someone which is unacceptable. Phone calls and prescription requests go unreturned and wait times to be seen can take hours when you have a scheduled appointment. Dont overbook. Our time is just as valuable as a doctors.
