First 2 swimming sessions were awesome. Can't wait to feel great again. Pam & Terri are super!
Very friendly and caring when it comes to treating their patients. Listen to their patients and answer any questions concerning care and treatment.
The best and most thorough physical therapy in Chattanooga.
Terrific care by Pam and Kerry. Very friendly, compassionate and thorough. Aquatic therapy a definite plus. Highly recommend.
I have a bad back and neck the pool therapy is wonderful. The staff is always happy and polite. Everyone is very helpful and Pam is great really concerned about you and how she can help you.
Husband had a rotator cuff injury and had 12 visits. Pam and her staff are wonderful! Never rushed and always truly concerned for and about you. Visits completed and truly miss them. An enjoyable habit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I absolutely LOVED this place. I had a bad fall back in June which resulted in a serious injury to my leg (as well as a major blood clot). When I first started going, I couldn’t walk. Pam and her people worked and worked on me. They listened, were caring, and gentle. I able to walk now with out any pain. I HIGLY recommend them! Thank you all for everything!!
The staff are very kind and show you exactly what to do. I would recommend there practice for all of you PT needs. Just an awesome group.
Pam Bookout who owns this physical therapy practice is amazing. She has the experience to understand the intricate interplay between the physical needs of the patient, the emotional state of the patient, the physical limitations of the patient at each stage of the physical rehabilitation, and the expectations and directives of the physician. As a 65 yr old male with a messed up rotator cuff, and nerve impingement surgery Pam enabled me to surpass the surgeon’s expectations of my rehabilitation. In fact he commented that the physical therapist is more important than the surgeon for this type of medical condition, and he said Pam is really good and really knows what she is doing. He said he wants to refer to her when he can. Pam does the extras that surprised me. She lent me a pulley system to help me lift my arm to regain range of motion. She used various modalities in each session: heat; ultrasound; massage; range of motion movement; cold; and that electrical shock tinge stimulation thing to stimulate healing (that I don’t recall the name of). Whatever helps, she is on it. Dealing with her office is a dream. Pam and her team are prompt and thorough. Pam is such a kind person. She deserves more that a five star rating, but google only gives me the opportunity to leave five stars….
This is one of the best physical therapy places i have been to ,they go above the call of duty, care like family and everyone is so professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
