Horrible. Does not allow anyone inside. You have to sit in your car and wait too be called, no matter how hot or cold. Had an appt at 11, and at 1140 called in to see how much longer and was told they had no idea. I was upset after being in my car for an hour in 100 degree weather, and was told I could either continue waiting (for an unspecified amount of time), or reschedule and then was hung up on. If your going to insist people set in their cars and wait for their appt, then you should atleast try to get them in on time and not overbook. Will be looking for a different Doctor. Dr Melvin and nurse practitioner. Are good….but not good enough to wait hours in your car to see them.
