I go with my boyfriend to this dr office . These are the rudest nurse’s to all the old people !!!! I’m amazed every time I go in . The front desk girls are extremely rude . A lady named linda is very rude . Not to mention dr don’t have time to listen . Don’t go here .

The office is very poorly run with poor communication to patients about location parking advance xrays meds etc. Dr. Henson while clearly knowledgeable attempted to rush my wife through her appointment and surgery scheduling without giving her time to ask all her questions. He also became very defensive when she raised her concerns about the entire experience. If the situation wasnt urgent we would be looking for a different doctor. We can not recommend.

DR.Paul Henson III has performed two different procedures on me and both were successful. He has great bed side manners as you would say. What is really good about him is he takes his time with you and explains and shows you what is going on and what he recommends. He is very thorough and a fun energetic personality.

Dr. Hensons office is poorly run with miscommunications about location parking meds advance xrays and several other things. Dr. Henson attempted to rush my wife through her appointment and surgery scheduling showing little regard for her concerns and anxiety about facing surgery. He also became very defensive when she shared her frustrations with the visit.

Dr. Henson did my kidney surgery...Saw him 2 weeks before kidney surgery. Wont see him again for 3 weeks. He sends his assistant next day to my room to tell me I was going home. She couldnt answer any of my questions that I was asking because she didnt do my surgery. Youd think a surgeon would come see you beforeafter surgery. Nope not him. I just felt like a number in his wallet. Saw him once before surgery. Maybe a whole 2 mins. if that. Not sure if Im going to even follow up.

He has handled my mothers care very effectively. She was repeatedly hospitalized for UTI last year under the care of another urologist who left stents in place for months and failed to remove stones in both kidneys yet refused to address either issue. Once I asked for a consult with another uro group the stones stents were promptly removed and her overall health has improved dramatically. No ER visits or hospitalizations sincd moving her to this practice. Thank you Dr. Hensen
