Physician's Surgery Center Of Chatttanooga's Online Review Report Card

I'm giving a three mainly because of billing. I have to say the surgery went well, the staff and everyone there was as friendly and helpful as could be.The problem is six months later the billing department is still sending me bills for things and yesterday they informed me that they're allowed to bill me for whatever they want and I don't have a choice but to pay it. So far I've paid a maintenance fee, a billing fee, a facilities fee, a parking fee, a waiting room fee and maybe the next one is a Fee Fee...who knows? All I know is I politely asked them to stop because I paid $650 on the day of surgery to cover what was supposed to be everything. Now they won't stop billing me six months after surgery. This isn't a surgery place or a business, it's a pyramid scheme. No one can tell me what happened to the money I paid on surgery day, and now two people at their billing office informed me yesterday that what ever bill they decide to send out next I get to pay.I'm sure the people at the front don't know about all of this but I would say if you have surgery and they tell you to pay $650 up front, go ahead and set aside another $400-$500 because they'll be after that for the next six months. Don't expect an explanation or anything that makes sense, just a voice that says "oh no, you can pay this and we will probably send you another bill if we want to and you get to pay that too."I couldn't breath thru my nose before surgery and I said I'd pay any price to have it fixed. Now that it's fixed it looks like I'll be paying indefinite monthly installments so maybe I shouldn't have said that.

You know I felt bad about the remarks concerning a 2 hr wait 2 years ago. Here we are again, already running close to an hour behind. Only lets one person in with patient. So I being the driver waited outside. They need a restroom outside. Still 1 Star.

I had a procedure to remove some lympnodes under my chin. The staff and nurses was awesome they made sure I was comfortable for surgery thank you physicians surgery center of Chattanooga! Yall were AMAZING!!!!

If it is out patient with Dr. Tin, you are very lucky. Such nice, caring people.

Great reception, insurance and surgical staff! Very professional yet hospitable as well. Site is extremely clean, well kept and stocked. Fast service. They get you in and out, but with care.

I have had several day surgeries here with Dr. Waters. Everyone there is so kind and caring. I have never encountered the first problem or unkind member of staff. I was very scared as I had my very first surgery here and they put me at ease.They are quick and efficient. If one of your Dr's use this facility and you need surgery, relax and know you will be taken care of.
