They always treat you with respect and definitely are attentive to all your needs. The practice is like being at home with a dr office presence. I really feel at ease with them there. I have been seeing Dr Lanade since 2012.

Dr.Lanade did wonders with my husband an his diabetes I'm making a new appointment with him to get my husband back on track he made time when the doc we have now can't get it right for him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Lanade wife need to find her a better career. She’s very very rude. When I called I was first talking to an assistant then she took over the phone call being very unprofessional. All I wanted to know was how do I go about transferring my medical records. She began yelling then hung up in my face. Because of her rude a.s attitude my entire family have switched to another PCP.Support black businesses they say.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst private practice I've ever been to. The lack of proffesionalism, common decency, courtesy was appalling. For one, the staff mixed up my records with another patient and misdiagnosed me. In addition to that, I had a 1 PM appointment but never saw the doctor until almost 2 hours later. I was on time, Lanade wasn't. This place needs to be reviewed by the medical board and consequences need to happen.

I am a new patient in 2020. I have been to the office three times. Appointments have been on time. Care and service has been really good. I am very pleased with the services so far. Easy to contact using the Healow app and very responsive. I would recommend Dr. Lanade!
