Office Staff are Horrible! Rude, confrontational & not at all suited for their jobs. Total lack of compassion & professionalism. They sour the entire experience. Time for a new Staff, Dr. Sadowitz!

Dr Sadowitz is an answered prayer. My FNP is Rebekah Corey and Dr Sadowitz is her new medical director. Dr Sadowitz is already in contact to get my colonoscopy for this year and steps to follow in great detail. His staff is absolutely out of this world Every person is a caring soul who truly believes in helping every patient no matter the challenges presented. The best GI in Chattanooga and will be recommending family and friends asap.

Doctor Sadowitz was kind and helpful the day before the procedure to answer questions about the process and to reassure me. The procedure was done with dignity and ease. The pictures of the procedure were in color and had good explanations.I am glad it is over with but I would go back to Dr. Sadowitz in the future.

I have been going for a little over a year. Paperwork gets lost Ive take. Records Everytime I go and theyre never there. I love Dr Sadowitz but when. I cant see him everything gets very confused. I need to be on a biologic filled out paperwork for it nothing In 6 months.i realized that theyve had staff change but no new paperwork to get help paying for a biologic has been offered . I call no one calls back. Frustrated tired of being sick with Crohns and no solution.

I am giving them 3 stars out of generosity. I have been going to Dr. Sadowitz for years. I have no complaint on him however his office staff and billing company are no good. I have had 2 screenings and went in with paperwork on how to file the claim which would be covered at 100%. I work for an insurance company which is how I know this. They refuse to listen and file it incorrectly every time. The last result was a smear on my credit. I wonder how many patients have paid for screenings due to the lack of education or concern for the members?

Dr. Sadowitz is an answered prayer. He is the only doctor that took the time to find out what was going on with my son. After 4 years of agony my son is now on the correct medications and care plan and is doing much better.

I would recommend Dr Sadowitz to anyone. He is a caring compassionate Doctor. I have been a patient of his since the '80. He has always listened to my complaints and handled them quickly.

I was in extreme abd pain with distention and I was admitted to the hospital Dr Sadowitz came everyday to check on me and find the right course of treatment. He is a wonderful caring and very wise. He saved my life. Stephanie

Best doctor I have had. I was miserable until I went to him and now I am off all stomach medication. When you visit him at the office some people complain about the wait. I can say it is worth the wait. He sets down and explains things and takes his time with you.
