Doctors are kind and skilled. Office receptionist said someone could accompany my 90 year old mother into the office. When we got here, they refused. Yes I understand the Covid. I am a nurse. My mother is nearly blind and has had a stroke, and is forgetful and confused. She needs the injection in her eye very much. We will not be back.

My last eye exam resulted in a scare with a spot on my macula. I was sent to Dr. Shah and I am blown away by the staff, the level of care, and detail of services. I recommend them to anyway needing eye care beyond a regular eye exam. My insurance recently cancelled so they worked with me on my bill as well. Dr. Shah is awesome and the staff was excellent. They knew that I was worried about my visit and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My visit turned out way better than was anticipated and I'm so thankful I was sent to these guys for such a scary situation.Thanks Dr. Shah and Staff!! You guys are great!

I have a different sort of health care coverage so I contact their office to confirm the cost of the impending visit and was told $200. I paid this amount the day of service and later received an additional bill for another $358. If this had been made clear to me before, I would not have pursued the service. I am cancelling my follow up due to the cost.I was satisfied with the medical care I received, however, the cost part of this process felt like bait and switch and was not made clear.

Dr. Breazeale has done 3 or 4 eye surgeries on me and he has been wonderful. Very friendly and very good at what he does. I couldn't be happier.
