Dr. Bazrafshan was great! He took my complaint seriously and even went the extra mile to make sure my MRI results were correct after not agreeing with what was initially reported. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Dr. Bazrafshan and his office staff were wonderful. Office visits are scheduled so that he has enough time to fully explain the medical issues and review options with each patient without making other patients wait extended periods of time. He did not attempt to persuade me to have unnecessary procedures. Instead, he addressed concerns about the various options. He and his staff are personable and efficient. The prep, surgery, and follow-up were very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Bazrafshan.

We are very diligent about researching our physician care team in all aspects. We moved to this area and (after some effort) tried two other podiatrists... nothing to write home about, satisfactory I guess. Then we discovered Dr. Bazrafshan and can't express enough how pleased we are. He is caring, knowledgeable, personable and highly competent. The office isn't opulent but we don't care- it gets the job done and he surely does. The last year or so has proven we truly needed someone of his expertise. We rarely recommend anyone or anything but we've had no reservations about sharing his name to friends and colleagues. What more can I say?

Dr. Bazrafshan and his staff went above and beyond to help me accomplish a Big Toe Infusion before year end. Dr. Bazrafshan and staff were very thorough in explaining the procedure and post-op care. Dr. Bazrafshan takes his time with each patient to ensure all questions are answered and the patient leaves feeling they are receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Bazrafshan and his staff.

Dr. Bazrafshan is very professional, competent, and caring. From the beginning, to surgery, to post-op care: he was exceptional! Office visits are fast with wonderful staff as well. I can truly say that he made sure to have my best interest and my best care in mind with every decision and treatment that he provided for me. I have already recommended him to some of my own patients and friends, and will continue to do so. I'm able to walk without pain now. That's amazing and I'm so grateful. Wonderful experience!!

Dr. Sam is such a great doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is kind and compassionate, taking his time with each patient and sees what ever problem through to the end. His office staff is so helpful and friendly too, everyone is so nice! I live in Dalton, Ga, but drive to Chattanooga just because Dr. Sam and his staff are worth the drive!!
