I was very worried after reading reviews (I needed to get a large skin tag removed), so I wanted to post my experience:- Filled out paperwork (check-in friendly), name was called at 15 min mark- Nurse (friendly), got info.- Doc arrived 10 mins later- He was friendly and knowledgeable. Stated my Skin Tag was larger than normal, but harmless and my choice to remove. I told him I'd like it removed.- Waited a few mins for them to get necessary items. Assistant took care of procedure: knowledgeable and friendly. She was responsive to all of my concerns- Check-out was quick (they didn't take Amex).I was out the door 45 mins from arrival. Pretty tough to beat that.I'll certainly choose them again if there's a need. Everything went perfectly.

All good! Got me in and out with very little wait. All the nurses were very friendly and professional as well as Dr. Banks. They always put me at ease while there.

Horrible wait times at every single appointment at the Cleveland location (making patients wait over an hour and a half to be seen regularly is not acceptable) Rude/ arrogant/dismissive doctors who are not friendly nor helpful. Last one was openly disgruntled with me about being booked with her instead of original doctor, who was also arrogant, unhelpful, and rudely walked out of exam room after communicating none of the treatments were working. Doctor provided no guidance for biopsy, causing it to be biopsied in wrong place with no result, and was still charged a total of over $400. No empathy for patient conditions, complaints, or desire to improve routine overbooking of patients. I cannot speak for Chattanooga location, however do not recommend Cleveland location.

I called 3 days ago about a Rx for my child. They called me back the first day asking for the wrong pt. And said they’d call me back... never did. They called back the following day and still had no answer for me (I have no idea why they even bothered calling me w/o an answer). The third day comes, no phone call and I’m quite upset so I ask my hubby to call. Still no answer to my simple question about upping my child’s meds back to original dosage as they still have not asked Dr. Banks about it yet. Maybe... just maybe ... I’ll get an answer tomorrow after the 4th day of my original phone call!

Dr. Banks is an excellent doctor. He is kind, knowledgeable and patient. I am so thankful he found my skin cancer (melanoma) in 2006. I am now cancer free. Everyone there always make you feel welcome. I give God the Glory for leading me to this great doctor. I would highly recommend everyone to Dr. Banks and the Skin and Cancer Clinic. I have been going to Dr Banks since 1977 when I was 14 so that says a lot about him. I've been a complicated case for him and other Dr's and University Drs he has sent me to. But all of the others agree that he's been point on with my treatment. He's straight shooter, he has a dry sense of humor, but a great Dr.

I trust any of my dermatolgic treatments,,,he's been my Doctor for years,,,would not go any where else,,,,,he is in my opion the number one

If I could leave a Zero star rating I would. Dr. Banks is without a doubt, the rudest and most arrogant man I have met in the last 20+ yrs. He didn't even touch my skin - he just looked down his nose at my skin and said, "You're a picker, I can't help you." I questioned him, he dismissed my concern, then he folded my file and walked out - I left the office in tears.Two years later I was diagnosed with Muir Torre' Syndrome - which causes skin cancer. Dr. Banks lack of concern could have cost me my life.

I.ve been seeing Dr. Banks since 1996. So that in itself speaks volumes in itself! He has always been professional, straight to the point , courteous and kindhearted. There is room for improvement when it comes to the nursing staff. The only one I will allow to triage me, has worked for him several years. I ask for her on each visit and we get along great1 She and Dr. Banks work well together. I would recommend him to anyone! Keep up the good work sir!

I had surgery recently with Dr. Banks as the surgeon. I found him to be professional and upfront. He does not sugarcoat the truth which I appreciate.
