Sarah Baker's Online Review Report Card

Baker seems nice and all but geniually feel like i am being dismissed.

I do not agree with the post saying that Dr Baker is dry and uncaring. Her personality is professional but she does care very much for her patients and after getting to know her, she does loosen up and has quite a sense of humor. I have many unrelated medical problems and Dr. Baker listens really is concerned about them all! She wants (and reads) the notes from my other specialists. She has also referred me to a new specialist when a new problem arises. She is also concerned how my many problems affect my mental health, i.e. depression. She is everything that an Internal Doctor should be and one of the best I have ever had. Follow-up 3/1/22. We moved from the Chattanoog area last summer and are extremely disappointed in the doctors in our area. We will be changing to a new Internist in April because it was almost impossible to to get through their office (over an hour wait on the phone several times) and when we did see her, she was so rushed, she was she spent little time with us. We miss Dr. Baker so much! We tried to bribe her to move to Florida with us, but she declined, lol.

Dr. Baker has always been very professional and takes whatever time is necessary during my visits. I thoroughly disagree with the person that said she is uncaring. I never got any sort of feeling that she didn't care about any concerns that I have had. I now live 2 hours from Chattanooga, but I will continue to make that the trip.

Dr.Baker is a good doctor..

I have liked Dr Sarah Baker and have been to her several times. However this morning I went in for a scheduled ultrasound and met up with resistance from the office staff who would not let me in unless I put my mask up over my nose. I told the worker there is an exemption that the governor in our state had made when she signed an executive order that if people have pre-existing conditions they don't have to wear the mask over their nose.I ended up having to walk out of the office not having a very needed ultrasound.If I need to I will go find a different doctor though I have liked my doctor over a period of several years.

Dr. Baker has been my doctor for about 18 years. Through those years she has always been professional, personable, dedicated, caring and very detailed in her diagnosis. She even knows how to call me on the carpet for things I don't do or she thinks I won't do to resolve a medical issue. She is never condescending and will hold me accountable in a firm but supportive manner. I consider her more than my physician, almost like family. You would be lucky to have her in your corner!!

I started seeing Dr. Baker almost 20 years ago and she now also takes care of all of my kids. Appts are always timely but not rushed and she shows a personal interest in our family's well-being. I've referred her to several of my friends and they all love her as well!!

She walked in, not bothering to learn my name, and says “hey woman.” She also ended our appointment with the same “well, woman...” Didn’t really listen to anything I said. Barely did anything for my well check up. Felt she was judgmental as well. Her nurse was good though. Will not be going back to her.

Dr. Baker has been my doctor for over 6 years. She is very professional and has a friendly personality. She keeps me updated and aware of any health issues
