Dr.Lisa Smith is very professional, so kind and very thorough...she gave very detailed information of my child's condition. She definately puts her heart into her patients!

I’d give 10 stars if I could! She was wonderful and treated my son so well, as did the staff. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Wonderful, caring , smart and made us feel more comfortable about our babies hernia. She even spelled it in our phones because it was such a long medical term, so we wouldnt have to try. Compassionate, dedicated to her work kind of doctor.

Horrible surgeon! Left bad scars on my sons face! Should be sued! Never use her!

Went to Dr. Smith after being referred to her concerning circulation issues. Waited 2+ hours in the waiting room before getting called back only to wait another hour. When she finally came in it was with an unwelcoming presence. Laughing about our wait and saying she needs to be at a 1'clock surgery, so she hopes this won't be too long. I understand importance of surgeries but my appointment was supposed to have taken place 3 hours earlier, so it was from the start stated basically she needed to be somewhere so my appointment was to be fast. And this is exactly how the appointment was. She never asked my story of being there, just symptoms and took that small small piece of info and compared it to other patients, saying it's not a big deal and if it's not causing me disturbance then forget it. This being after I told her I experienced pain. She disregarded our concerns and I felt I was being talked to as lesser than her, making me feel stupid for thinking there was anything wrong.

My son had a very serious surgery and she literally gave me her cellphone number. She responds very promptly. She’s very smart alert and attentive to her patients.

She saved my sons life

My grand daughter fighting for her life right now.. 3 months old. Went in to have a ostomy fixed to get ready to take of in a month or so and all of a sudden twisted her intestines. Now she has septic shock. A bad infection in her blood and its due to negligence. I pray she makes it but i pray nobody ever lets her operate on their child. She want be for long if i have a say in it..simple procedure gone horribly wrong. The child passed away this morning and all because she should have never had the surgey to reverse her ostomy until she was atleast 1 yr. Old. This is a terrible doctor that i don't see how she can show her face. Which i never seen her this morning when they called time of death. Please check out the doctors before you let them do even a simple procedure i beg of everyone to do that. I'm just beside myself and life will never be the same.
