Dr. Shen takes the time to listen to his patient and provides excellent care and treatment options. He has been my doctor for over 10 years and never at anytime have I felt rushed or hurried as it is clear he cares about treating you. In addition, he is a great human being. His staff has been with him for many years and are responsive and helpful as well.

Dr. Shen is awesome. We have been going to him for about 7 or 8 years and tell everyone we know about him. He listens, he cares, and he doesn't rush you out of the office. His office staff is great and they are friendly and kind.

My prayers have been answered.I have finally found a physician that is compassionate, patient, and responsive to my requests. I have had several general practitioners in the past 25 years, but no one compares to Dr. Shen. He always takes his time, is thorough, and and listens to my concerns. I never feel like a number in his office, I feel like a human being that is valued and respected. Thank you Dr. Shen for restoring my faith in the medical profession.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I've been a patient of Dr. Shen for more than 10 years. He's one of the few doctors that leaves me with the experience of a friend who listens. I'm moving from Long Beach to LA, but I'm definitely not leaving Dr. Shen. He is worth the 1 1/2 hour drive, and I'll be his patient as long as he's in practice...

If you are looking for a primary physician I strongly recommend Dr Shen. He is very positive, friendly and easy to talk to. He listens, never rushes you, and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. I appreciate that multiple times he has followed up with me regarding test or health concerns, his phone call leads me to think that he deeply cares for his patients and loves what he does. I can rest easy in his care knowing that he has done all in his power to help me and when needed he has recommended specialist to further manage my health. His office is in a nice little neighborhood where you can conveniently find parking right outside. They also offer Lab work in house, so you don't have to travel anywhere else. Dr Shen is a top notch doctor trust me!

Caring and compassionate doctor, to say the least. So knowledgeable! Love our interesting talks as well. Not only does he treat well as a provider, but I leave learning something new. Awesome staff too.

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. I called to set up an appointment as a first time patient. They were so rude, they said if you are not an established patient we don't have an appointment for you anytime soon with a bad attitude. This place sucks!
