Dr. Teddy Scoggins set the bar for how to listen, discuss and treat patients. His unparalleled skills and knowledge set him apart from all other physicians. I moved away to the Tampa Bay, FL area in the late 90's and it took devine intervention to find a doctor with the same principles. When I got back home 13 years later I was lucky enough to be his patient again. That compassion for this patient with a disease that has no known cause, treatment or cure was the only reason I'm still here today.

Dr. Scoggins is the most caring and understanding Dr I have ever seen. He is not only an excellent Dr. He is an excellent person. I would recommend him to patients of all ages.

He is a good Christian man and I liked him. He was helping me with my pain issues until recently I was suddenly kicked out so to speak with no warning. And not taking my health in consideration. I had to go to the hospitol several times bc of withdrawals. A failed lab test should not equate to putting someone's health in danger. My life and medical conditions didn't change so why treat me badly. Do you not realize I wasn't given a chance to dispute or be retested. It was horrible the way the staff treated me. Mostly bc it was wrong. How can you take something every day and it doesn't show up? Two different meds...it would have shown if it were mine. But I say thumbs down since dr price left. He was the best dr. I ever had.

Wonderful, humble doctor with the old-fashioned belief of caring for and about his patients. He'll take as much time as you need. And if you let him know that you believe in the power of prayer, he'll take a moment to pray with you.
