When i started going to TRM in 2022 i was completely comfortable, i felt heard & validated. I did not feel like a money sign & i felt as if they cared about me as a patient. I was seeing Dr Vukmer at the time and when i tell you she was a literal ANGEL SENT FROM HEAVEN .. We did a couple of surgery’s & always had a game plan of what was next .. i NEVER had communication problems with her . In 2024 - two years later im still going to this clinic and i request an appointment & only when i requested an appointment did they inform me that dr vukmer had left the practice. I’m sorry but ??? Don’t you think you should let her patients know that ASAP.. so they aren’t completely blindsided.. anyway moving on. I was told i could pick one of the other doctors to take over my treatment plan - i chose dr scotchie because the one time i had to see dr murray … let’s just say he has the personality of a dried out sponge . When my husband and i met with dr scotchie for the first time she made us both feel as if we were complete idiots & wasting her time by even having a consult appointment. The front office staff are rude as can be (aside from one lady) . The people who work in the lab were always so kind .. This clinic sees a money sign when you walk through the door . When you’re going through one of the hardest trials in your life it helps to have a little sympathy.. & it also helps to feel like people are there to help you and not just make a paycheck. TRM , on behalf of people in the trying to conceive community.. do better. so sad.
TRM provides the BEST care! Everyone is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the clinic for anyone going through IVF.
I don’t normally do this but the communication (or lack there of) has been horrendous. I have been trying to get an appointment for MONTHS. I’ve made calls, left voicemails. Messaged them on their Facebook page and did the online portal signup. Never heard anything back. Left multiple voicemails but of course no one calls back. VERY disappointed and disheartening! Looks like we will be traveling elsewhere considering these people do not care.
Dr. Scotchie and Murray are the best! They care so much about every patient and it shows!
Dr Vukmer is one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and she has kept me comfortable and informed every step of my journey here. I feel like I’m in the best hands with this practice, and everystaff member I’ve meet have been kind and caring!
We had a journey of trying to get pregnant for 7.5 years before we finally had our daughter, Isabelle, through the help of TRM. My only regret is that we did not reach out to them sooner during our fertility journey. We recently gave birth to our son, Miles, who we conceived with the help of TRM. Dr. Scotchie is very kind, wise, and professional and I love how vulnerable and open Dr. Murray was with us about his own fertility journey. I also was able to see their newest physician, Dr. Vukmer, a few times and she was also a delight to work with. We also received great support from many staff members, but in particular I thought their finance department was really kind and easy to communicate with. There is also a lot of informative content on their website that I found supportive to read when we were going through the journey of trying to get pregnant. I love that this clinic not only has a good reputation with high success rates, but they are also compassionate and empathetic. I often look at my children and our beautiful family of 4 and feel deep gratitude to TRM. Thanks 🙏
Unfortunately we have to go through this process, but these ladies here are awesome 😁 and the place is clean and organized. 2 👍🏼👍🏼 up! Thanks Dr. Scotchie!!!
After many years of infertility, a new doctor I had seen finally referred me to TRM. As a young woman who was concerned and is still concerned about conceiving a baby, Dr. Scotchie has been extremely amazing. She had an initial consult with me to figure out the game plan moving forward which I thought was great. She is very straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, provides the best advice, and responds quickly in the patient portal (this is such a plus!!! And if she's not in the office, I've had other providers message me back so I get a quick response). Also, all of the ladies at the front desk and the sweet girl who always takes my blood are so friendly! I have been so pleased with this place. It just makes this whole process so much easier.
I dare you to attempt to leave them a message after they’ve left you one. Just give them a call after 5 PM and enjoy your 5 minutes of prompts.
My experience with Tennessee Reproductive Medicine has been frustrating, mainly due to communication issues and poor service management. Whenever I’ve called, no one has ever picked up the phone. Leaving voicemails hasn’t helped either, as they’re never returned. I also faced a problem with sperm storage. I stored sperm there as a backup, but after having a baby naturally, I no longer needed this service. Despite informing them that I wanted to stop the storage and no longer required their service, they continued to store it and charge me for it. I’m still trying to sort this out with them. Overall, dealing with Tennessee Reproductive Medicine has been more of a hassle than a help, with unresolved issues and poor communication. -Update: I was able to resolve this issue. I think some simple improvements to their communication system could go a long way. I’m sure they provide an outstanding service on the backend, but their front end, ie their public facing communication system, needs some work.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
