The staff is very nice from the front desk, to medical assistant, to physician. I highly recommend them for your next visit.

Three hour wait time. Super courteous staff.

I fell down my stairs a couple of weeks ago and believed I had broken my toe, so I booked an appointment for an x-ray on the Solv app and then showed up to the first office (off Hamill road), hobbled into the practice only to be told they didn't have anyone to run the X-ray machine even though I had booked specifically for a foot x-ray and my appointment had been confirmed. The nurse transferred my appointment to another Physicians care (this one...HWY 58) and we drove out to that one. After waiting 2+ hours in the waiting room I was brought back for vitals and the nurse asked to get my weight. I declined to be weighed, as it is my right to decline, especially without a medical reason (again, I'm here for a foot x-ray) and was told no. Both the nurse and the doctor were rude to me and uncaring, rolling their eyes and sighing about me declining being weighed. They said they would refuse to see me if I did not get weighed, even though I regularly decline being weighed at my PCP and other doctors unless they need my weight for a prescription. I also tried to ask if we could skip it for now and if the doctor wanted to prescribe me something I would be weighed as that is medically necessary. Again I was told no. I almost left at that point, but again I needed a foot x-ray and had already waited 2+ hours. I got on the scale but have been recovering from the emotional damage ever since.I waited in the exam room for about 45 minutes before anyone came in to see me. The nurse asked me a bunch of questions and then inaccurately noted in my chart that I had depression when the nurse didn't ask me that and I didn't say anything about depression. The doctor brought it up later and I clarified that I didn't have depression and didn't say anything about it to the nurse and the doctor said "oh well she must have hit the wrong button." If they're so concerned about doing official paperwork and having every piece of information filled in correctly, like say...my weight...why was other information missed over and added in?After the x-ray I waited another 30 mins for the doctor to return but she didn't. The same nurse came back in and said "you're fine, you're free to go" and handed me a piece of paper with a summary of the visit but no real information. I had to clarify the results of my x-ray and what the doctor thought because the doctor never came back to give me a rundown or read my x-ray to me. Later that day when I got home, I got a call from my pharmacy saying I had a prescription was ready for pickup. I had no idea I had a prescription, the doctor and the nurse didn't mention anything. I called my pharmacy and apparently the doctor had called in a prescription for Tylenol and hadn't told me anything about it.This Physician's Care was the least caring, understanding and most unhelpful urgent care I've ever been to. I realize that doctors and nurses are under a lot of stress right now and I tried to be as understanding and communicative as I possibly could while also advocating for my needs. I was met with sighs and annoyance and ultimately left with very little communication the entire time and I left feeling defeated, uncared for and confused. I will not be returning.

The staff is 100% great very respectful very helpful and I will recommend 100%

I've used this facility on several occasions and their treatment and care of the patients are professional. If the staff are great and the doctors are wonderful as whale would recommend this anytime to anyone for minor care or sickness.

I always get good service when I go to Physicians Care I always get the right kind of I need to get to feeling better I go there more than I see my Primary Care Doctor you can never get in to see your doctor if you get sick I enjoy Physicians Cate on Highway 58 Chatt. Tenn.

The Staff and the N.P. were very knowledgeable and polite. The building is very clean.
