Dr. Dyer and staff are great. My husband had a rotator cuff surgery and all went well. Dr Dyer has a great bedside manner and I highly recommend him for any and all of your needs.
I have been here for 3 hours and still NO Dr!! I wish I could give NO stars, but I cant. This place is horrible, from the 80s waiting room, rotary phone, to the elevator music they have piped in! If Workers Comp didnt set this appt up and I Had to be here I would have left within an HR of waiting .

Dr. Dyer is extremely caring about his patients and even his patients spouse! He takes time,e and asks you if you have any questions or concerns! He takes care of veterans! Thank you Dr. Dyer and to your staff. kd
Have been there twice due to workers comp. I hope you have all day to see the dr. because you will wait that long, both times I have waited in the room for over a hour, the music is so loud and awful. On the first trip he took a x-ray and said come back in four weeks and we will see if it is broken, on the second time he just looked at my ankle and asked if it still hurt and that was it. come back in three weeks and we will look at it again. I will not be returning.
I have been to see Dr. Dyer on numerous occasions (5+ X's). Dr. Dyer took the to know and learn about me. He is very informative, the office staff was kind and pleasant and also very professional.Dr. Dyer (for me) didn't prescribe costly meds, narcotics or anything I didn't need. No, he used practical sense, helped me make the wise choices along with his treatment plan to get proper care and less pain.I have vast respect for Dr. Dyer and his office.
I have been seeing Dr. Dyer since 2006. He saved my life in 2010. I told Dr. Dyer I was considering weight loss surgery and he was very encouraging and supportive. He advised it would be very beneficial for me and would help with the pain from degenerative disc disease as well as the other health issues I have. Every time I would come in he would ask how it was going... because it takes a lot of effort to get approved for weight loss surgery. I went to a Center of Excellence for Barriactric Surgery in Maryville, TN. They did a CT scan to make sure I would be a good candidate for gastric bypass and found Pancreas Cancer. I am now one of the 5% who survive pancreatic cancer. Dr. Dryer is helping me manage my pain and I believe he cares about his patients.

Dr Dyer will not give you a straight answer he answers questions with questions. He tells you to take aspirin for severe pain. I have a torn rotator cuff and librium. I have not asked for any pain medication. I asked him after the surgery if he would manage my pain for a month he said I would not need pain meds one week after surgery. He needs to retire!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
