Dr Winfred is a kind doctor but didnt know what my issue was but said he would call me back in a few days. Never called me back. The breathing testing puts incredible pressure on your eardrums. It made ringing in my ear louder and more sound sensitive. I realize im more sensitive than most but they should have a disclaimer. The lady doing the test seemed to have never heard that clipping your nose shut and then blowing as hard as you can into a tube can put tons of pressure on the eardrum. I had to go to an ENT doctor after because of all the new ear pain and was put on steriods. When i arrived i gave them my records including images on a disk. When I left I forgot to ask for them back. I called a few days later and asked them to mail them to me. They said they would let me know. No call. 3 weeks later and I call and they say they wont send them, and they dont have my records and I must have taken them with me. Even was asked "why did you forget them?" Just so resistant and unfriendly. I get that i forgot to ask but just be kind and dont say "you must have them." Thats disrespectful. So I wont be going back or recommending this place.

I have found Dr. Manda to be very thorough in his treatment of my condition. He does not hesitate to call in other medical professionals to make sure that my diagnosis and treatment is comprehensive. He is easy to talk to and has called me personally to update me on my condition and care.

I called for help getting an appt for my copd and was referred to find a family doctor that it would be a better choice. Very disappointed and my cigna insurance would have covered almost all of it. I guess they dont need business or care to help out a person with copd. Very confused.
