Dr Spraggins is a wonderful doctor. She has been my daughter doctor since she was 2 and as she approach young adult hood it will be hard to find someone who not only see my daughter as a patience but also see her as an individual and always have her best interest

My daughter was a new patient today. i get there, sign the sheet and the reception didnt say anything afterwards. So I ask is there anything I need to do thinking they are going to give me the paper work. She told me no they would call me back up. When I scheduled the appointment I was told to be there 15 mins early. Granted I got there five mins before my appointment. Im called back up and told I couldnt be seen by a male receptionist because I was suppose to be there 30 mins before. NO ONE told me I was suppose to be there 30 mins before Nor was I told I could fill out paper work online to prevent this issue.Until he asked me did I fill them out online. This really messed up my day considering I took off work and my daughter wasnt able to be seen. Im not understanding why I still couldnt be seen. I literally set there almost 20 mins before I was called back up to the reception. The paper work definitely couldve been completed. My step daughter had an appointment before my daughter but she ended up being seen with her siblings yesterday. Therefore It definitely left a space for my daughter to still be seen. Ive nver been to a doctors office where you are still there before your actual appointment time and are turned away stating you werent early enough.. Not a good experience for a new patient.

An outstanding physician!! My son has been her patient since birth and he has had some medical scares. She has given us her personal cell phone number, shes called at night to check on him, & she always works us in whenever we need it. Her office is very accessible. The office staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The office itself is always clean. I would be lost with Dr. Spraggins!

Dr. Spraggins was my pediatrician growing up and I cannot say enough good about her. She was also my niece and nephews pediatrician as well. She helped me through my awkward teenage years too when I had so many questions. Now my baby is almost here and I plan on her seeing my son.

My daughter has used Dr.Spraggins for almost 9 years for my grandchildren. There is nothing I could write to do her justice. She is so caring and addresses our every concern. She goes beyond anything I have ever saw any doctor do to meet all of our needs. She even came to the hospital on her off day straight from attending church to see about my grandchild at the hospital. I absolutely love her and would recommend her highly to anyone who needs a pediatrician. I feel she treats her patients with the same care and concern she would her own child.

Yolanda is an extremely caring doctor with a natural knack for working with children and their parents. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a quality Dr. for their children in the Chattanooga area.

Dr. Spraggins is the BEST doctor I have ever dealt with!!! She works great with my kids and takes the time to explain things and listens to all of my concerns.
