I went there today and had no problem getting in and out. The workers were very nice. I did register online which made it easier to check in. I'm glad that this urgent care is in church hill. I had read some reviews and could not believe what I was reading. It seems like no matter where you go you will have to wait to be seen but you should take in consideration if they are short staff it's not their fault and I'm sure they are working hard to see everyone as quickly as possible. If you feel you were not treated right then I understand the not so good review. You should give any urgent care a chance. I know when covid cases are up its going to be packed and you need to have patience. Thank you Fast Pace for your great service today. I would recommend this urgent care for medical treatment. UPDATE I had to go to this urgent care again. They were very kind and related me good. I was there for my back issue and they gave me treatment and offered me muscle relaxers but I have allergies to them plus steriods so I can't take them. They did give me a shot for inflammation and it is helping. Thank you Fast Pace.

Wouldn't take my family or be seen at any other urgent care! Delilah took care of both me & my son. The staff was friendly & very helpful the whole visit.

Always a great experience at Fast Pace. Not only are they the fastest but also most efficient. I've gone with and without appt times and it definitely seems to be a smoother quicker process if you check in online and schedule and appt!

Wait was too long for the number of patients present. There were only two other people there. One left about 15 minutes after I arrived. I still waited over an hour for the N.P. to come in to my exam room. She was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

The nurse and Doctor that we saw were so friendly and took the time to talk to us about why we were there. I would recommend them.

I went to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care and they were so efficient and kind. Very good experience and the Dr. gave me the correct meds to help me get better!!!!
