HMG in Church Hill, Tn. is undoubtedly the center ring for the crazy circus. Dr. McQueen's staff cancelled an appointment just hours prior to the meeting. The staff set a new appointment for a week later. The 'new' appointment was set for 10:30 a.m. This writer showed up one minute early; finding the receptionist on the phone. I waited politely whereby four minutes passed. The receptionist took my name and informed me of a need to reschedule due to my being late ! The time was 10:34 ! When asked about being on the phone and my being there one minute before my appointment time, the receptionist looked me straight in the eye and said,' I was not on the phone !" MIND ALERT ! The receptionist then tried to 're-schedule an appointment' for another time; this being two cancelled appointments in a week ! AVOID .. RUN.. DO NOT.. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.. set or attempt to set any type of medical appointment with this group of drama queens. Go anywhere.. a traveling carnival would be better than this act.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE HMG IN CHURCH HILL, TENNESSEE!!! Everyone there is always so very nice and respectful, from the time you arrive until you leave, you are treated the best!! ! Dr. Dove is so amazing! She's very knowledgeable and has so much compassion for her patients! I'm so thankful that a friend told me about her, she's the best Dr I have ever had!! Her nurse, Shelby, is amazing and so friendly! I had to have an X-ray done today, and the lady back there (unsure of her name) was so very nice and compassionate as well! I went to check out and make my next appointment, and the receptionist was so nice and helpful! I can't say enough good about this place! There is definitely Compassion here, and you are well taken care of!! THANK YOU all at HMG of Church Hill!! ♥️♥️♥️

My office in Church hill is the best PCP I have ever been too. ALL of the nurses and staff are exceptional! But kudos to my PCP DR.Amanda Dove. She is thorough and compassionate

If you are friends or a family member of this group then you're good to go here otherwise you will be left standing for 30 minutes while they talk about their week and the fact that you're dying with kidney will not appeal to them to take you in order they will take the friend/family member ahead of you after you have already waited for them to finish talking to check you in and if you stand up for yourself and call them on it they will send you a certified letter telling you to find another physician... As if I wasn't already looking after you treated me like I was nobody that you cared about so I'm supposed to watch someone take my spot in the lab because y'all are chatting buddies, sorry but I've got CKD I don't have time or the wellbeing to sit through chatty Kathy sessions and then give them my spot, I would much prefer a doctor's office where everyone is treated equally and fair

Excellent, helpful office and nursing staff. Waiting room times are usually 15 minutes or less, and any time I’ve had to call the office for questions, meds., etc., my calls are returned promptly with a solution. Dr. Dove always provides attentive and compassionate care. If you’re in need of a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Dove and her team.
