My daughter has attended ATS for several years now. She has such a transformation and has had so much growth! The therapist have been great with communicating my child progress and always working with me to make sure our needs are met. Ms.Tiffany has taken my daughter and worked so hard to get her where she is today and I can’t say thanks enough! Five stars, definitely recommend if your child is needing help with speech, occupational, and physical therapies!

My son has been going here for speech therapy and he really enjoys it. His speech therapist is very kind and professional. The therapists here really care about the children and want to help them. They are always sweet with the children and very loving. The ladies at the front desk are also very professional and I never have any issues scheduling appointments. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. I highly recommend Advanced Therapy Solutions to other parents.

This place is a playground for kids to run around in the front area. And.. the workers ignore you when you walk in so, basically you figure things out on your own. It’s a hit and miss to most. But.. either way. Your sitting there past your appt b/c other adults are more important. Group meetings I mean talk about.. I mean whatever..🙄 it’s a joke

Everyone is always so kind and my daughter has loved all the therapists she has seen there. I love the play based therapy so it is fun for the kids while being helpful.

They cancel appointments without letting you know in advance, and let you sit in the waiting room for a looong time without letting you know your appointment was canceled. We finally got up and asked what was going on after just being stared at by several employees walking other patients out. They had both my and my husband's phone numbers in their system incorrectly and blamed it on that for not contacting us. It shouldn't be that hard to take down phone numbers first of all and Uhh.... email?? C'mon now. Not professional in the slightest and definitely upsetting as a parent who needs professional assistance with my child before the start of kindergarten. Doesn't help that my family is new to the area. Disheartening. Frustrating.
