Ali Latefi's Online Review Report Card

I had to edit my review Dr Ali Latefi is amazing. I was having a problem with going to the bathroom so much. I had been going through this for over 18yrs with no end in site until I seen dr Latefi not only did he fix this problem but with the same medication he solved another issue that has been with me since I was 22. Dr Latefi I can’t thank you enough for giving me my freedom and life back thank you for everything “I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

I have been trying to get a hold of this office for over a month I have left multiple voicemails and I have talked to a actual human for longer than a minute once yesterday September 21st. Today I have called four 4 times and have been hung up on four 4 times after being on hold for an average of 6 mins and 11 secs. I dont want to seem like a egocentrical Kevin that believes my time is more important than others but this is ridiculous. Finally got a hold of them and spoke with Savannah I hope that is spelled right who was very helpful. I will continue to update this during this process.

Everyone in the office was kind. Dr. Latefi took the time to explain to listen to the issues that I have been dealing with did a thorough examination and then discussed next steps and treatment options. Great beside manner09162021 very frustrated as I drove an hour and arrive to the office for my scheduled appointment to find the door locked. I called the office and sat on hold waiting for assistance for more than 15 minutes. When the call was answered I was told that someone would be out to help me. The door was unlocked and I was approached with an appointment card and informed that “they” had tried calling me earlier in the week to reschedule my appointment but couldn’t leave a voicemail because my voicemail wasn’t set up. My cell phone is used for work and personal matters and the voicemail has been set up for more than 15 years If “they” called my office number that voicemail has been set up for 3.5 years. In addition there was nothing mentioned on my patient portal about the appointment being rescheduled. In fact when I checked my patient portal while standing in the hallway on hold the only thing I discovered was that today’s appointment had been removed. The appointment was rescheduled for a day that I am not available so now I am waiting another 3 weeks for an appointment Very frustrating

I had a very good visit in Your office. I’m looking forward to figuring out what exactly is going on with me and I believe we are on the right track.The front desk folks made me feel welcome and the nurses made my visit easy.Thank Y’all for allowing me to share my experience.

Do you accept a new patient without a referral? And are you treated man infertility for prescribing a clomid?

My Dr referred me to Dr Latefi about an issue I was having. He saw me right away discussed what’s was going on and how to handle it. His staff is also amazing.
