It was a great experience. The staff was very pleasant. I was taken back to the room on time. Dr Ebrahim was very pleasant and thorough.

They wanted me to get blood work while I was theretold me to have a seat and wait. After I had waited an hour I asked them if they had forgotten about me. The desk person said that the person that did the blood work had left for the day. I drive about an hour to get to the officeso I was upset.The doctor was supposed to call in 2 prescriptions. He only called in one. He was supposed to schedule appointments with other specialistshave not heard anything about those.I called the next day to let them know of my concerns. The person I talked with said they she would relay my message and they would call me. That has not happened.Guess it is time to look for GP whose office is more efficient.

Dr. EBRHIM is really concerned about his patients getting the best care for any given situation. I love his bedside manner His nursing staff is wonderful also

I have never ever had to wait weeks in between rx refills of medication in my entire life until now. This is the 2nd time where I have had to wait weeks mind you I have called several times weeks before my medication was even gone and I still cant get a sign off on a refill. The only reason I get when I call is Dr. Ebrhim is just busy. So busy that I am not getting the healthcare I am paying for under his practice.

The doctor takes care of each patient very well he is careful with you and takes his time he is a wonderful doctor.

He actually cares about his patients. We are not just a number or an insurance payment to him. He doesnt rush you in and out and truly listens to his patients.

Dr. Ebrhim is always professional and courteous when I see him. I appreciate him taking me seriously and not being dismissive of me. As a woman that unfortunately happens often. Its nice not to deal with a condescending doctor. Thank you Dr. Ebrhim for taking good care of my medical needs.

Dr. Is Very detail oriented. Front office secretary is really nice. Nurses treat you good. Some times difficult to get in due to dr being very busy. But quality when you do get in.
