They will nickel and dime you. My insurance only pays for labs and Physical's once a year. They had set me to have labs drawn twice a year and when I called to cancel the receptionist was rude. The same just happened to my wife. They split things up and charge an $118 office visit for each time, just for one annual appt, it ended up being 4 separate visits at $118 a piece. We are leaving this Physician!

Today's in office visit was outstanding! However, it is past time that masks are optional for those who want or need. The mask mandate is a burden on patients and, clearly, some staff. Masks optional, please?

This is a money hungry clinic. Other Clinics would prepare paperwork for free because you are a patient at their establishment. (Yes, I did call MY doctor’s office to confirm that) This is not my doctor’s office though, thank goodness!! Dr. Patel’s clinic charges $50 for FMLA paperwork. Also, if you need one for your spouse’s absence from their job as well, that’s another $50.00. Because the doctor will have to sign TWICE. SMH. Money Hungry is all I got to say. SMH

This drs office told me if I didn’t have tRICARE they wouldn’t see me this is outrageous when at first they said they was taking new patients but as soon as I said my insurance the lady laughed and said nope not taking that insurance then I said oh but you’d take me if I had tricare she said sure would.

This is the worst doctor office i have been to in my life. They are childish and really only care about money! They are not there to care for anyone. I should have changed doctors when i seen them turn away an older women because she forgot to pay her insurance not her bill. Now i am sick and they have discharge me. I can tell you is do not go there!!!!!!

Staff is so friendly and the NP I saw was so sweet. I didn't feel rushed or ignored. She took the time to listen to my concerns and this is very important for me in finding a great PCP. I feel like I have found the best in Clarksville. I would refer anyone looking here.
