Awesome Doctor that Cares about his patience Dr. Pike takes the time to fully review your file before he sees you and then walks you thru everyting with you during your visit. He is quick to refer you for needed treatment or imagery and treats you with repect and compasion. Dr. Pike Cares and it is very obvious when you meet him.

Dr. Pike seems very kind and caring at the establishment appointment, but we’ve never seen him since then. After that initial appointment, you can only see nurse practitioners, so there’s no opportunity to develop an ongoing relationship with a doctor who knows your family. The office staff are rude and inflexible. They just dropped my son as a patient because he hasn’t needed to visit the doctor in three years (a policy that we were never informed of). Now that he needs a doctor, they won’t see him unless we get special permission from management to be readmitted and then wait until a new patient appointment is available. A couple years ago, I had a child with an appointment who came down with stomach flu. I called the office and they said not to bring her in, but then charged us a no-show fee for not coming in. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. If we’re just going to see an np anyway, we can go to a clinic where the office staff are respectful.

He is an excellent Primary care doctor. My husband and I appreciate his attentiveness to us as we care for ourselves and we communicate our improvements with his medical care and guidance.

Greatest doctor, I have ever had. Very caring to treat you and your issues. Makes sure you are aware of everything that is concerning.

I was very impressed when I first started seeing him, however now it is impossible to get an appointment with the Dr. You can only see a nurse practitioner. This is the only Dr I have ever seen in my adult life that will e-mail you partial bad test results but will not discuss them with you on the phone. You also can not ever speak to a nurse or have a nurse return your call. One of the NP's is one of the most insulting women I have ever been exposed to in the medical field in my life. It seems to me this practice has become more interest in money than treating patients. The Christian mantra they claim to be based on is no longer evident in this practice. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude whether on the phone or in person. I am very uncomfortable even calling the office because of her attitude and her berating and abusive behavior. Very sad because I really thought I had found a good and caring Christian doctor that prayed with me every visit.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctor really cares for you. I’ve been going for a year now. Not one negative thing to say. The best part at the end of your visit he will pray with you.

DR Pike is the best doctor I have ever found here in Clarksville. He is very compassionate and never rushes you. He listens to you and he is very knowledgeable. He has been treating me for Covid long and because my symptoms are severe and he has been handling all the paperwork required for me to be out of work and trust me, the people we have to deal with have not made it easy but DR completes everything they request of him without complaint or hesitation. His care and knowledge has been great. He spends the extra time with his patients to be able to provide the best medical care he can. He has such empathy and compassion for his patients that I have never received from any other doctor, especially here in Clarksville. DR. Pike is a 5 star doctor but I had to give it 4 stars because as many previews have stated, there are definite issues with staff that make things very difficult. I've had them not call in prescriptions he has given. Not call in the referrals for other doctors or services that he has given. They make it difficult to get an appointment with him and at times I've had them schedule me my follow up appoints for DR. Pike only to find out when I'm there that they scheduled it with one of the nurses instead. This leaves me having to schedule another appointment specifically to see DR. Pike who is providing me with my continued care and treatment which the nurses can't or won't do. I have had one of the nurses give a misdiagnosis only to them be rushed to an urgent care facility a few weeks later where I was given devastating news that the nurse missed completely. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing and caring doctor here in Clarksville with DR. Pike, but unfortunately the staff is an issue. Because DR Pike is so amazing I will continue to keep him as my primary physician and work around the issues with the staff.

I've been taking my mother in law for last 2 years at least and I'm severely disappointed she's been dizzy and falling and he just adds or changes medicine he never addresses the problem I'm currently trying to talk her into finding new doctor. We seen a fill in the other day to find out her artiries are blocked and most likely the reason.. he's never checked or listened. Please go elsewhere

Incredibly thorough physician, able to care for the entire family. My highest recommendation.
