I've had to work on an on-going issue for almost a year with Dr. Yarlagadda (Delaurentis's partner in practice) I've had numerous visits and even seen Delaurentis for the issue. They both seem like great doctors and have been helpful and explained what my options were. If it was just based on them I would give this 4.5 out 5 stars. The reason I give this a bad review is because I have had the absolute worst experience of my life with his nursing staff when it comes to attempting to schedule an appointment or getting a prescription. Over the year I lost count of how many voicemails and times I was told I would be called back and just never was. It's very annoying to have to call day after day and then you get used to the poor professionalism of their communication chain. It really makes things aggravating enough to want to find a new practice. I do think the doctors are goods and that's the only reason I stay. P.S.- I called at 8:30am this morning to schedule an appointment, spoke to a nurse who said she would get back with me shortly, it's 4:10pm and I still have heard nothing back and gotten the voicemails only since. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THE NURSES WHO ANSWER THE PHONE.

Dr Delaurentis has an office in Springfield TN which is conveniently located for me. He and his staff are very thorough and answered all my questions even the ones I didnt know to ask. They give their best every time.

Dr Dino Delaurentis is definitely a 5 star doctor and the staff as well. Excellent care there and I highly recommend him and see why he was chosen Doc of the year 2020.

Doctor Delaurentis is my husband's urologist. ( and now our daughter in law too) We all love the fact he is willing to spend so much time with you and answer all questions . We would and do highly recommend him.

Dr. DeLaurentis is absolutely wonderful. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about him and his staff.

Dr. DeLaurentis is the urologist for both my husband and myself. I recommend him to all my friends because he is a thorough, caring urologist and surgeon who strives to do his very best for his patients. Recently he had to remove 6 large kidney stones through my back which required a 6 hour surgery. He did an excellent job! Thank you, Dr. DeLaurentis!
