Dr Haslam team took great care of me from the first time I stepped into his office. Staff was great and took care of all the paperwork needed to get my hip replaced. Surgery went very good. I am up and going again pain free now. Great Dr. I will be going back when I need to have to have anything else done.

He worked on my right knee and gave me a steroid shot and it made it better for a while, I had to have surgery on it later on

The office personnel were great . I got an appointment right away. Had the surgery, Dr. Haslam was great ,he was professional, informative and listened to my needs . I highly recommend him .

I'm starting to think this place is just a scam. It's been 3 months and I've had 1 mri and they refuse to send my actual scans to my insurance. I've gotten 3 letters denying my knee surgery because Haslams office refuses to send them my MRI scans. I asked a receptionist if she could just email me my scans and she said she would. Turns out all she emailed me was my results sheet, not my scans. Everytime I call for an update someone named Andy is fighting with insurance. I am never given who Andy works with or what their number is. I call my insurance and they have no idea why they haven't sent scans and they haven't heard of this Andy person.

still waiting to see a doctor after 3 months , guess they just turn over your bill to collections without sending it to the customer first . try elite sports medicine than these wasted time

I have had pain in my thumb joints for yrs. 2 Dr's told me that they don't replace the thumb joint. They said they don't do it because the thumb is used so much it would've have to be placed again. I'm calling tomorrow to set up the appt for surgery. I don't care. I want to be pain free for awhile.
