I am a full-time working mother for Department of Children Services. I have 3 children who are at Premier with the same primary care doctor that I had when I was a child. Our family has been with premier long before Dr. Van retired. My oldest is 6 years old and in that time frame I can only recall two appointments that we've missed. Yet I received a letter stating that my children can no longer seek Premier Medical Group for care. After over 30 years this man doesn't obtain any common decency.

Dr Shirley Is the best Doctor I have ever had. He always spends more time than he should. and has even called me personally at home to check on me, extremely good bedside manner, he is very popular which sometimes means getting a quick appointment is almost impossible, but well worth the wait.

Awesome Physician but he does run behing but he gives all his patients the time they need. One day that maybe me needing that time.
