I go once a month for maintenance and more often if my neck problem flares up. I also participate in the therapy with Sonia before I get my adjustment. Sonia's therapy helps me to give feedback to Dr. Nebben of where I feel out of alignment. She is fun to talk to and is knowledgeable. I feel safe with the adjustment methods. I was referred by my boss years ago. My husband and daughter have also had success with Dr. Nebben's adjustments. The desk staff are always very helpful. :)
