Yes! Friendly atmosphere and staff very knowledgeable!

I initially started PT on my knee at TOA and was VERY unhappy. I asked my trainer for a recommendation and he suggested STAR. I could not be happier now. My therapist, Johnathan, is always on time and has never had more than two patients simultaneously. He is very patient and answers all of my questions in a kind and professional manner. He gives me activities that push myself without any being dangerous or too advanced for the level I am currently at. He pays attention to make sure things are done correctly and is always aware of what his patients are working on. The entire staff are all equally as caring and want you to be as successful as you would like in your therapy. I cannot say enough good things about STAR!

The entire staff that helped me through a knee replacement, thank you. They're professional, knowledgeable and kind. Tyler, Shannon and Joyce who runs the office are all great. I always looked forward to my workouts. If you choose this location for your rehab needs, you'll never regret it.

I was having all kinds of issues with my pelvic floor, hip, lower back. Dr. Autumn’s treatment went beyond my expectations. I can now have a normal sex life, go to the gynecologist with out wanting to kill myself and walk with out pain. She is so bright, caring and compassionate. Time really flies by during therapy. I never knew about this type of therapy existed. I’m very grateful and fortunate to have been referred here. Thank you Autum for everything!Shout out to Janice at the front desk! This facility has the means and professionalism to get you back on the road of life. They are kind, explains to you exactly what you will be doing and why you are doing these particular exercises.

This is my fourth experience with Star Physical on Madison Street in Clarksville and with each visit, I feel better each time I leave.It starts with Joyce who greets everyone with a smile and ends with the Physical Therapist assigned to you for your allotted time. I have had three different therapists over the years and each one was professional and empathetic to my situation. My current therapist is Tyler who is not only very knowledgeable, but approaches my therapy with gentleness and a great sense of humor. He challenges me in a variety of ways that give me the determination to heal while insuring my safety and well being in the process.I know therapy isn’t anyone’s idea of “fun” but when you have dedicated professionals like these who are looking out for you, it makes the whole process so much easier!

I have visited this location twice now. For someone that has never done PT before I can say these people know what they are doing. I would recommend them and their services to anyone. My only comment is the facility could use some TLC, and trying to get into the parking lot on a busy day can be quite the adventure. Best of luck!
