List of Tennova Healthcare's Reviews
This is normally my favorite ER. You’re seen faster than going to the main Tennova hospital. My friend went last night for a knee injury, for a meniscus tear. They were not helpful. There were different opinions about how the injury should be treated and the people seem like they were inexperienced and clueless. One said to wear a knee immobilizer, the other said to just wrap it up with an Ace bandage. Did not give too much information on how to self care. They also didn’t have crutches for his height but it’s on his paperwork that he received them.Very pathetic service.
Veryr rude
From the lady at the front desk to the nurse and doctor, our visit was great they got us back quick and checked in, I was skeptical after reading the reviews but my grand daughter needed to be seen, she is visiting from out of state and we had no issues at all, everyone was friendly and informative.
This facility is a joke. Took our two boys (3 and 4) to be seen for respiratory issues, swollen eyes with sticky fluid buildup(bad enough to where they were stuck shut this morning), fevers ranging from 101° to 104° over the past 4 days, bad coughs(bad enough that the three year old ends up vomiting), extreme fatigue, and lack of appetite. This “ER” ran no tests, had to ask repeatedly which child was which, said both of their temps were 98° even(we checked both kids temps 30 minutes prior, they were 100.1° and 102.3°), didn’t even take the kids past triage. They didn’t even see an actual doctor. Within 15 minutes they “diagnosed” both children with ear infections and an upper respiratory infection. No strep test, no flu test, no covid test, nothing. I am severely disappointed with the experience we had today. I’ve heard so many bad things about Tennova, but I thought surely it couldn’t be THAT bad. I thought wrong. If your children are running 104° fevers and you are worried sick, don’t bring them here.
Best and fastest care I’ve gotten both times I came here once for myself and once for my son this was literally the best wait time I’ve seen and the best care I’ve gotten in awhile the staff is very professional and caring definitely better then the main hospital!
Just came from Tennova ER Sango. I walked in throbbing and swollen. I feel 70% better!!!!! I pray tomorrow it isn’t still throbbing. I appreciate the staff!! Thank you.
I went to this emergency room early this morning and from the moment I hit the door until the time I left I was provided with fast and efficient service. I don’t know any way to thank all the staff from the front to the back for their help and support. I felt horrible walking in and 2 hrs later I felt 98% better. Thank u thank u thank u
Excellent experience. Seen quickly in a clean environment. Had previously been to the Tennova ER and had a much different experience. Staff was calm and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner and thoroughly explained everything after consulting with a specialist. Total time in the ER maybe an hour.
Went here just for them to give me the same medication I was using at home which wasn't working, waste of time and money
I was see this morning for panic attacks. The front desk ladies we kind. The nurse helped me so much and the Dr was so very kind. Quick turn around. I’m so very thankful for them!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
