I’m a first time mom and this was the newborn check up. The nurse explained everything she was checking and doing. And the dr was amazing. She was even able to figure out why my baby girl wasn’t able to latch properly for breast feeding and got us an appointment with the ENT for her lip tie. So glad I have these people in my corner to help and answer all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. Dr. Walker is amazing!

I’m usually very understanding of healthcare workers but at some point it’s just completely unacceptable. I came in went by a doctor a day after the wreck with severe chest pain and blood pressure was sky high. 7+ hours later and I’m still in the waiting room. Blood work done but no listening or even examining what’s happening with my chest. Haven’t even got to see a doctor, just the PA. I’m being discharged while I’m severely hurting in my chest and feeling as if I could pass out. Completely unacceptable.

Wound care is phenomenal!!! My grandmother is a patient and they treated her so well and everyone is so nice!!!

The ER allowed a student to be involved without letting the patient know she was a student. When the patient found out, he told her to leave. She did not and remained in the room. The student had her scrubs and ID covered by a jacket!!

I wanted to update that Management did try to call me but we missed each other a time or two and I haven't spoke with him but he did try. I did speak with HR and after they fired me because I have to have surgery,HR told me that I am welcome to apply to any other open positions that I can do at this time. Which I could do something lighter then what I was doing. Great that they offer to help me do that after they fire me, isn't it. Most people help you while you are employed there. I had asked if I could do anything else and the Med Surg director told me no.I was working here and everything was fine until I got sick and have been out. Now I have to have neck surgery, so they decide to kick you when you are down and say you have to resign, basically they fired me for being out sick but won't admit it. They even said they had nothing I could do in that whole hospital that would be easier on me. Then as you are hired, it's supposedly that you can talk to management anytime, that's true unless you don't agree with what they have done. I was told that it was an hr problem, so I didn't need to talk to upper management. They won't even give me a number to the corporate office.

This is literally the WORST HOSPITAL EVER‼️‼️ They don’t do anything. Told them countless of times I can’t breath due to my sickness and asthma, they literally just kept telling me take a seat. By far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hospital.

Went to hospital Got in fast dr came in for 30 seconds didn't even look or touch my foot left got x-rays on my joints only. And yet my foot is so painful swelling and they put me next to a covid patient when I told them I'm not vaccined I have no immune system nurse takes me to another room gives me discharged paper and said u have a spurred on your heal but it's not on the paperwork just just wrap or put a boot for a severe ankle strain with muscles tearing and pulled ligament. Nurse said go to Wal-Mart for a bit or wait for 2 hrs more for Dr to answer request

My experience has always been nothing but positive ESPECIALLY with the Maternity Ward. I've always been fortunate when coming here from beginning to end especially during this last labor and delivery stay which was rather scary. The nurses (especially Ms. Velda(Nursery), Jessica A and Brandy M in PP) have been extremely caring, and you can simply feel the support. Nutrition dept was also great! From the bottom of my heart, I genuinely mean it when I say you all don't know the difference you make in someone's stay during this time with them. I couldn't've been more fortunate with having you all as my nurses. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!
